Vol. 1 No. 1 (2022): Revista de Direito Magis

The first publication of Revista de Direito Magis represents the union of efforts of multiple agents with the objective of promoting national and international scientific research. Through our editorial line – Contemporary Law, interpreted and applied in the light of the Constitutional Principles and Rules of Good Faith – we hope to transform the legal universe and contribute positively to society. In this first edition, eight articles were selected that discuss controversial topics that significantly impact the lives of countless individuals.
