Paths And Discoveries Of Human Rights Education: Inclusive Education As A Right Of Trans Bodies

Abstract

This article aims to discuss human rights education as an inclusive education for trans people. According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the right to education is universal, therefore, integrating these people into regular education is a challenge for the State. The approval and permanence of trans people in classrooms and the inclusion of these people indicate that experiences of inclusion can carry with them the foundation of collective liberation that goes beyond the financial challenges imposed on the permanence of these individuals in schools. To this end, a bibliographical research will be used in which the necessary data will be extracted from scientific articles, specialized magazines, among other sources.
